Just make sure you save all of the beads from the necklace. The necklace can be sent to me and I will restring it for you. $25.00 to 40.00 fee.
Its very rare that anyone can actually break one of my necklaces .I string on 50 pound tention beading and have my crimps specially made to with stand 200 pounds of pressure. However I did have one gal that wore her necklace and it was well liked by her goat "munchy" and he decided he wanted it all to himself and attacked her neck. She sent me the beads and it was restrung double wired so munchy couldnt break it again. true story!
Please realize I cannot restring your necklace or bracelet if you dont have all of the beads. The items are one of a kind and its difficult to replace the beads as they are hand done by torch or on our machines or the machines of the suppliers we buy from. We do not buy beads in bulk. Unfortunately for you on the necklace it was a one of a kind. However if you absolutely love it I can come up with a variation of it according to what gemstones or supplies I have in stock. It will not be exactly like the one that you saw as I only make one OOAK design of a particular item but I can give your new piece the feel of that one. I think that it is so important not only to the buyer but also to me that the pieces stay one of a kind. Its your own wearable art.
Now my bracelets and earrings are not one of a kind. I do make limited multiples. But they are limited multiples meaning I only make maybe 10 of a particular design .When tehy are gone they are gone. If you are not completely satisified with your order you are welcome to return the item within 24 hours of reciept for a merchandise credit. Meaning your return shuld be postmarked within 24 hours of reciept. We do not offer refunds. So please make sure when you purchase the item that it is the exact design that you want.

If it is a glass item you will have to file a damage report or you may send the item back to me and I will fuse the pieces again to make another abstract design.If you decide to file a damge report once you do so I will arrange a merchadise credit the moment usps gives me the credit. because many items are one of a kind we may not be able to make something exactly like that item. If you choose to file a damage report and get an exchange then please call me I will have you send me the item and I will file the damage report for you and immediately give you a merchadise credit . I have never had a piece damaged in shipping because I take great care in packaging each one. In order to start the process of making a damage report you must save all packaging materials and the item for the postal service to pick up. this expedites the service. I will not be able to help you if you do not keep all packaging materials. If materials arent kept then post office will deny my claim and thus I will not be able to give you a credit. how ever I will do everything in my power to make things right immediately.
